Income statement & memo of agreed sale

Received a stellar letter from Ian Sweeting re mortgage application. Bless! If this doesn't do the trick, nothing will! Have forwarded letter plus payroll summaries and payslips to A&L mortgage transfer team...

Received Memorandum of Agreed Sale and confirmation letter from Wye. Details the property, vendors, vendors solicitors (Blaser Mills), purchaser, solicitors (Browns), agreed price, Local Authority (WDC), tenure (freehold) and adds the following comments:

"Miss Hector has agreed the sale of her own property to a buy with no related sale. Mr Stevenson & Miss Powell have no onward chain and all parties are looking for a quick transaction"

A&L reluctance

A&L reluctant to lend me money as Changel has only been trading since 1st March 2011; ordinarily it should be 2 years!

Have had to ask S&S for a letter in support of application, confirming when Changel was established, details of income (salary, dividend and rental income to date) and why HCL was wound down. Beginning to feel that was a slight mistake, knowing that I wanted to move! 2 years' accounts my dear!

Ian Sweeting will write the letter for me so fingers crossed :-)

Agreed sale at 51 Keep Hill Drive at £315,000! Oh my, scary but the right thing to do. Congratulations!

Instructed Browns as solicitors. Need H&C's solicitor details. Need to speak to A&L re mortgage - hope it goes through!!
